Day 1 - Draw a picture for a friend.
Ok! Kindergarten was supposed to celebrate 20 days of kindness together, but the Monday after a holiday got in the way. :) So instead, we will be celebrating 19 days of kindness! I have created a chain link for our classroom. Each link has a different act of kindness for the remaining school days before the holiday break. Each day we will take down a link and partake in an act of kindness together. I will try my best to post as many of the acts of kindness as I can. Day 1 - Draw a picture for a friend.

All About Mrs. SpidleHello Nathaniel Morton families! My name is Mrs. Spidle and this is my third year teaching at Nathaniel Morton Elementary. Before I joined the fabulous team at NMES, I taught first grade at Federal Furnace for three years and kindergarten for six years at Sacred Heart. I love working with children and believe in cementing their love for learning at a young age. I have an undergraduate degree in early childhood education and a master's degree in reading education. As an early childhood educator, I love teaching all subjects, but my first love is reading! I believe in cultivating a love of reading in all of my students. I love to read, and am on a mission to have a community of motivated readers in my classroom! Archives
